Founded in 1982 in Boulogne-sur-Mer by Jacques Dutertre and Freddy Paque, Freshpack was born from a shared passion for seafood products, culinary innovation and the transmission of family know-how. From the very beginning, the company chose to build its development on quality, authenticity and the sustainability of its supply chains, establishing long-term, trust-based relationships with its teams, suppliers and customers.

Freshpack was founded by Jacques Dutertre and Freddy Paque with the ambition of importing frozen shrimp and seafood products.

Acquisition of a 50% stake in COQ Marée, the French specialist in scallops, based in Dieppe.

New headquarters

The group moves into a modern and welcoming headquarters. It surpasses €200 million in consolidated revenue, confirming its leadership position and strong momentum.

New identity and shared vision

Freshpack unveils its new visual identity and introduces its new baseline : “Le goût de l’excellence”, symbolising a forward-looking company that is proud of its expertise and remains true to its values of high standards, quality and innovation.
