Founded in 1982 in Boulogne-sur-Mer by Jacques Dutertre and Freddy Paque, Freshpack was born out of a shared passion for seafood, culinary innovation and the desire to pass on family expertise. From the very beginning, the company chose to build its growth on the quality, traceability and sustainability of its supply chains, forging relationships of trust with its employees, suppliers and customers.

Investment in Madagascar
With the acquisition of a trawler and the construction of a processing plant, Freshpack is strengthening its traceability and its commitment to sustainable supply chains.
