Place the gyozas on a plate with a small amount of water and heat at 750 W for 2 minutes.
Place the gyozas in a steamer basket and steam over a pot of boiling water for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
Heat the gyozas in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of oil for 2 minutes, allowing them to brown on one side. Then reduce the heat, add ½ glass of water, cover and continue cooking until the water has fully evaporated.
