Frozen zander fillets (Sander lucioperca), with skin, featuring a fine and delicate flesh. Freshwater fish, origin Kazakhstan.
Multiple sizes available, with the option for portion cutting.
Preparation (cook from frozen): oven‑cook by brushing the fillets with oil, placing them skin side up and baking at 210°C for 15 to 18 minutes.
Pan‑fry for 6 to 9 minutes, first searing skin side down over high heat, then turning and finishing flesh side down over low heat.
Suitable for professional foodservice use.
