Cooked and frozen at sea, origin Norway.
Available sizes: 500/800 g, 800/1000 g, 1000/1500 g per piece.
Use / preparation: thaw in the refrigerator for 6 hours or under cold running water for 10 minutes. Ready to eat after thawing.
Cut the shell lengthwise, remove the meat and carefully discard the cartilage before use.
