Two size options available.
Use / preparation: thaw in the refrigerator for 6 hours or under cold running water for 10 minutes.
Preparation (no cooking): cut the shell lengthwise on both sides using scissors, remove the meat and carefully discard the cartilage.
Suitable for professional foodservice use.
