Frozen Farmed Sea Bass Fillets with Skin – Dicentrarchus labrax

Frozen farmed sea bass fillets (Dicentrarchus labrax), with skin and boneless, featuring a fine and tender flesh. Fish farmed in the Mediterranean, origins Greece and Turkey.
Available sizes: 120/140, 140/160, 150/180, boneless quality.
Preparation (cook from frozen): oven‑cook by brushing the fillets with oil, placing them skin side up and baking at 210°C for 15 to 18 minutes.
Pan‑fry for 6 to 9 minutes, first searing skin side down over high heat, then turning and finishing flesh side down over low heat.
Suitable for professional foodservice use.
